Starbucks

The average Starbucks. However, some of the workers here are rude. Some are nice, but some are not. I ordered a drink that wasn't made the way I wanted to I politely asked for a quick fix and the barista caught an attitude with me and started telling me I should order something else for it to taste the way I like, telling me I WANT that. Excuse me? You do not tell me what I want, and I wasn’t being rude, so there was absolutely no reason for an attitude. I fully admit that my drinks are complex and I customize them, so there is a higher margin for error, but I am NEVER rude about it. I just ask nicely for an addition or reduction of a certain ingredient. That’s all. Probably will be going at different times or to a different location from now on. The Calabasas workers are much nicer and make the drinks better.

This is a nice Starbucks with friendly employees. The only issue I have & notice every time I visit this specific Starbucks location is the overwhelming feeling of borderline claustrophobia & playing dodge ball. During the timeframe of approx 8:00am–1:00pm both the outside patio area & dining inside is an absolute madhouse! That's not really an issue moreso a personal observation.

Worst Starbucks I've gone to. They refuse to do a dark roast coffee.

She is too much tired and lazy Every day is smaller than the previous day.

Starbucks can improve the quality of cookies snacks bring something new and delicious me personally give zero the reason Employee cleaning the floor broom in her hand mater she handle to prepare coffee this is the matter of health department or where is manager no idea about hygiene she should do meeting do something

I’m not one to write reviews but I had to, especially the way the lead supervisor Victoria treated me. It’s Thursday so I figured I’d try the fall bogo drinks finally. Biggest mistake to come here. She accused me of having used it prior to coming here. Mind you I haven’t been to Starbucks in months and the cashier that attended me had already scanned but didn’t work due to ordering one fall drink and a regular drink so the order had to be done again. Victoria just kept repeating this happens because they’ve used it already. When I tried to say maybe because the cashier already scanned it once she said “no. It’s because it’s been used already”. As an honest person this outraged me, I almost cancelled my entire order due to such disrespect but I was on a time crunch /: This was so unprofessional and I don’t wish Victoria bad but to learn from this situation and keep her thoughts to herself because she doesn’t know whether they are true or not.
