Starbucks

Stopped here early in morning for coffee and a bagel. Not a drive thru..... Sometimes that seems to be the secret to a faster order . Everything made as asked, quickly !

Pro: clean bathroom with no code required. Cons: they warmed up my coffee cake without asking which made it dry and gross. "Splash" of milk was more like a 3 second pour. WAY too much. Both of these, especially combined, were too much to complain about: they would throw out the coffee cake pour out the coffee. What's the point? $9

Place is clean and other customers are nice, however, the cashier I ordered from couldnt give a care in the world to be kind and had a lot of attitude. I was with my boyfriend and his mom and his mom ordered before we did along with 5 other people. They were only doing mobile orders rather than doing the in person orders which is not how thats supposed to work (Ive worked as a barista and in person is always the priority) my boyfriends mom waited over 15 minutes for her frap along with my boyfriend....they did everyone else's drink before even beginning theirs. Very poor service

Me and my friends went to this Starbucks getting our normal drinks. I got a bagel and my friend then wanted one as well, so she went back to the cashier to get one. Our cashiers name was Dana or Dayna I can’t remember but she was very rude to my friend and I’m sure it was because she was a kid. She asked for a bagel and kind of let go of the money and it slowly hit the counter. The cashier said, “Girl, don’t just throw your money down like that, it’s disrespectful.” My friend got really sad after that and I am sure if my parents did that she wouldn’t have almost yelled like that to them. Very bad service.

Great coffee.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks. I used to come here 2-3 times a week when driving back to my house from my girlfriend’s to work from home during covid. Becky is unwaveringly polite and, even in the face of 25 people clamoring to get drinks, has kept everything running smoothly. Though Becky wasn’t there when I visited today, everyone behind the counter was eager to please. When I ordered a newly-released drink that none of the baristas seemed to like (chocolate shaken espresso with almond milk), they gladly remade me one of similar value, on them. This Starbucks goes above and beyond consistently, and I enjoy every visit!
