Being a frequent customer and also a paying customer at that, I needed to use the washroom. I was desperate. I was about to mess my pants. Did I mention I was a paying customer? I think I did. Washroom was open. I walked in but there was no toilet paper so I asked politely for toilet paper. Despite the fact that I was literally dancing around holding it in the baristas spent a lengthy time in the back. Eventually she came out with the TP and set it aside. Did I mention I was a paying customer and about ready to mess my pants. I approached the barista and informed them that I really needed to go. She was refusing to fix the no toilet paper problem in the washroom. So I told her again that I really needed to use the washroom and asked if I could just take the toilet paper. Just as she was refusing to hand over the toilet paper I reached in behind the counter grabbing the toilet paper. I then glared at her and said “I need this toilet paper”. Ya, with that level of treatment that location is the last place I go to. There’s a Tim Hortons across the street and when I’m in the area and a friend or family member suggests going for coffee I always recommend that Tim Hortons instead. In fact, when I have it my way I will choose to take a few extra steps to that Tim Hortons. Parking: The parking lot is small. The Drive-In sometimes holds you captive when you’re trying to exit. At times I debated going through the drive thru not to order but to get out.
Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name ;)
A drive thru favorite of mine in Vancouver. Just watch for the potholes entering the drive thru. Always good service and fast. Parking: Limited spots in the tight parking lot, potholes in the entrance.
This is one of my FAVORITE Starbucks on the entire lower mainlamd!!
