The lady that works there on most weekdays morning/afternoon is horrible. She shouldn't even be serving customers. More than a few times she is just chatting with customers or her coworkers. I don't mind if it doesn't decrease the speed when making the drinks, but it does. Once I ordered a tall dark, after taking the order, she will spend about 30 to 40 seconds talking to her coworker and then start making the drink. Once she was done making another customer's drink, she was still chatting with that customer. I had to interrupt the conversation so she will serve me. I see her making drinks, she will stop for a bit and chat, then start making the drink and then chat again. Starbucks is paying her to make drinks and to serve customers. Not to socialize. Customer have to wait longer because she likes to chat is not acceptable.
(monday march 18,2024). finished grocery shopping and wanted a coffee. time was exactly 7:50pm. walked over to the in-store starbucks to find two little, lazy punk kids behind the counter laughing & joking around. asked for a coffee and one gleefully said, 'sorry, we're closed.' [they close at 8pm.]. all wanted was a grande pike. they werent interested in serving customers, they just wanted to get back to fooling around & waiting down the clock so they could rush home to play video games.these two kids were just that, immature kids with no work ethics. they really shouldnt be working in customer service at all. not a good look, starbucks.
