I believe in giving restaurants second chances. Both times I was surely disappointed in the service of this particular Starbucks. I highly recommend training videos for the staff on customer etiquette. If you are going to make your customers wait, at least have the decency to let them know that it'll be a minute. Also, the employees seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than with taking orders even though I was literally the only person in line. Enjoy this store if you like poor customer service.

The story is very clean and the barista was very friendly and engaging. My coffee was made promptly and correct.
I was ignored for a few minutes at the cash even if there is 5-6 employees mid-morning. The serving Barista is unfriendly; I was scored … I didn’t use exactly the right menu nomenclature. No one clearly assigned to oven duty so we had to wait extra minutes for a warmup meal (even if the oven was idle). Sad because this place used to be great… one bad apple maybe? Next day my Latte tasted Vanilla or Hazelnut… watch for crossed contamination. Rince your container in between orders!
Coffee is not that good as per Starbucks standards. Not very clean. They don’t serve you good if you don’t tip them well $$ ♀️(I noticed, they only call for my orders, if I tip more $$$). I always add tips, even if it’s not required in ALL Starbucks Café…
