We stopped in about an hour before closing and it was evident that one of the employees was restocking and made no attempt to greed us or at least let us know that someone would be with us soon. The employee clearly does not enjoy his job. I understand if they are busy with a task but at least acknowledge when a customer comes in. Very unprofessional.
When another customer, who had been waiting for the last 25 minutes, asked a barista about her mobile drink order, the barista, True, replied that her drink was “in the queue and it would made when it gets made”… she was very rude, dismissive, and annoyed by the ask. The customer, who had a toddler with her, on her way to a doctors appt said, “I can’t wait, I have an appointment to get to, can I get a refund, please? True then replied that she “didn’t have time” and she needed to “ask someone else”… the entire interaction was not the standard Starbucks quality for customer care.
