Worst customer service experience ever! The behind the counter server was absolutely rude and paid zero attention to any details of what we wanted in terms of getting a decent mix in the coffee. Never experienced anything like it in the 30 years of going to Starbucks
Horrible they messed my order up three times and they are very aggressive when they hand there straws do not recommend.Dutch Bros is much better
For the first time in the ENTIRE city of Tucson AND surrounding area I had a delicious latte from Starbucks. I need to give the biggest awards and compliments to Cheyenne who made my drink today. She calibrated it herself this morning and it is the Pinnacle of Perfection! I'm the kind of customer who has complained in the past of a bitter and or sour taste in my latte only for corporate to say it must be something wrong with me. Today Cheyenne proved that it is possible to have a tasty, nutty, aromatic and delicious latte from Starbucks. I don't even want to give the credit to Starbucks because this barista blew my mind with her skills! If she is not already a manager please PLEASE somebody make her a trainer to tell everyone else in Tucson how the heckin' to clean that machine correctly and make it right. For the first time, joined the empty cup club. Keep doing what you're doing Cheyenne, you deserve to have your very own coffee shop!
You should wash out your containers from drink to drink, because my tea tastes like mint and I don't like mint at all ruined 2 drinks that I ordered through Uber eats so I spent $40 for something I can't have.
The baristas here are great! They make my drink well and quick! Love it!
The manager there is rude. She micromanages all her associates and then stands around and talks.
