Starbucks

This is a great location for me to stop and grab a coffee before i go into work.

Ricky thank you for keeping the area clean as a man that goes around the entire so cal region I was blessed to stop at this Starbucks. Great service too. Thank you all.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks location in the South Bay. I have repeatedly had terrible experiences at this location and have sworn this place off for good. The term customer service doesn't exist here. Every visit I have had a rude or difficult encounter with the baristas there. The location itself is not the best given the set up/construction in the parking lot. You are forced to use the drive thru if you go into the entrance off of Western. While this location is closest to my home (less than 1/4 mile), I would rather drive 1-2 miles out of my way to have a better experience. Highly recommend you do the same!

The Starbucks is fine, typical Starbucks atmosphere, but compared to other Starbucks the team that works here are impersonal robots. If you order a pline coffee, they don't grab the coffee they go back to doing what ever task they were doing before taking your order. Parking is miserable so if someone takes the time to come into the shop, A little critical thinking would go a long long way.

Ayer en la noche fui por un frappe caramelo y me dieron todo amargo como si fuera café la muchacha ni atiende bien por que meten gente nueva y no atiende. Deben tener empleados que atienda bien ala gente
