To the manager of this location. The young lady working 04052024 (today) at 9.50am is killing your business. She handed me the tip option for 2 coffees and I asked her to hit the no tip option. She smirked and I told her the last time she handed me the tip option she gave me one hot and one lukewarm / cold coffee. She ignored me . I Said did you hear me and she said I don't care , don't tip then. If trained she would have said my apologies. I said I won't tip you ever and she said good. Junk waste of space employees like this are the reason the starbucks tipping system is junk and you as a useless manager need to consider quitting as you obviously don't train your staff. Starbucks Corporate, stop this rip off tip scam when the service provided is poor !!!!
I always go to the drive thru and staff service is amazing except on march 29th. There’s this girl with braces . She had the headphones on and talking and giggling while giving service. I ordered 2 grande americano , 1 with milk. Its was nice of her to put sleeves on. But when i asked which one with milk coz i wanted to transfer it to my cup. She replied “ read the label “ and continued to talk and giggle. During this interaction there were no customers in the drive thru.This girl has to learn customer service etiquette .
I always get quick service when I buy coffee here and staff are kind. Keep up the great work everyone!
