Starbucks

Had a young gentleman make me a chai latte (delicious, nailed it) and my daughter a kids hot cocoa. He asked her name to put on the cup and 10 min later she can't stop talking about how tickled she is to have her name on the cup. Awesome job making someone's day

I have attempted to get coffee at this location a few times. There is always the same gentleman behind the counter. He has papers and binders covering the checkout, he does not look at you or ask you to wait a minute. He basically ignored me until another women came to the counter and asked her for her order and he had to tell her I was there first before he tried to take my order. The second time he was going about behind the counter and basically ignored me and my mom and sister for 10 minutes until we eventually walked away. I would not recommend this Starbucks location.

Crunchy AF and she got frustrated. It is not hard. All you do is make drinks.

There was no one there to attend us. We waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up

I arrived around 3:30 the borista was busy so I waited to get in line till there was 1 person left, I watched him finish another order then take the order in front of me, I went to step forward and he slammed a closed sign down in front of me and wake away, no in sorry we're closing early or short staffed just sign in my face and walked away very rude and unprofessional, I was sent here by my daughter with my birthday gift card now I don't even wanna use it.

Service was quick and easy I can’t remember her name but the lady that took my order was perfect with the service and the drinks! Thank y’all!

The baristas are great. But every time I go there to enjoy my coffee in the seating area I witness a lot of theft and other people committing crimes there. I felt so uncomfortable and threatened that I'm not gonna drink coffee there anymore

They don’t know how make the coffee they give me the wrong one
