It was a brand new cup that I exchanged for my points that I redeemed and I just asked them to rinse it out and she gave me an attitude and said "well it depends on how dirty it is" pathetic. It was brand new. I didn't ask her to wash my cup.
Service was exceptional and drink was perfect. I didn't catch the baristas names, but it was just before 9am on Sunday. Great job, you make peoples mornings better and we appreciate you
All of the baristas are incredibly nice and helpful. However, this Starbucks charges more for several drinks than other Starbucks - the store is run and operated by target. If you want to half caf some of the drinks they charge you extra. It’s not uncommon to spend an extra $1-$2 here for the same drink at another store. However, you can use your red card to get 5% off at this place which is nice, and better than using your Starbucks app - because it’s owned by target, it doesn’t earn stars or contribute to any offers Starbucks is running where you need to buy x to get bonus stars.

Went into this location just today. The young lady that was working behind the counter told me right away that she was in training and only knows how to make certain drinks and that her co worker would be back in 20 mins. I didnt want to wait so I asked her if she knew how to make vanilla bean frappuccino and caramel frappuccino. She said yes. I told her awesome I'll take them both. Got my vanilla bean frappuccino looked great. Got my caramel frappuccino and it wasnt caramel at all. It was another vanilla bean frappuccino with caramel drizzle. I didnt say anything because one I felt bad for your new employee being by herself. Second she seemed pretty confident and I didnt want to ruin that... the one star rating is because you left a new employee running your store by herself when in fact she doesnt know how to make drinks. If you train your employees right and thoroughly you wouldn't have this problem
