Starbucks

1st time ever going to this location,I'm serious about my coffee,and pickup from the same location everyday,but just happened to have an appointment North so,I ordered my usual through my mobile app,and I swear the entire ordeal from ordering it, and just how long it took to finally get my drink and then it was not my drink at all.Just disappointed But,it's all good because I know I can take the drink to my go-to spot and they'll have my back and already know what I want

This location has the worst baristas I’ve ever encountered! Their attitudes are disgusting, customer service specifically towards ppl of color make you regret even coming for coffee especially the younger baristas! I’ve had several encounters where my drink was wrong, they remake it and still do it WRONG purposely! The brown manager, the younger male manager they are amazing and very helpful however the rest need better training! Sucks when you live across the street and can’t even enjoy coffee to start your day!

This place always makes mistakes. They are careless and the coffee nearly always taste not so great. We love to drive to the one on 128th. Way out of the way but their atmosphere customer service coffee and food all turns out great every time. The older gal at this location is super rude with customers. There is a taller women that is probably the only friendly one who makes coffee correct.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks but encountered a very rude employee (Gabby) today. Going to lose a lot of customers with rude baristas like her. It’s disappointing to say the least :(

This Starbucks is 1 min from my house. We go here atleast ones a week. This week i went twice around 6am for my drink before work. I was very dissemination with my drink. My medecine bomb was gross. No lemon flavor like always. More like just hot water. Then I was excited today for the holiday drinks. I ordered my favorite holiday drink that i wish they had all year long Caramel Brulee Latte. I was disappointed again it did not taste like I was hoping it did. Not going anymore for my morning drink.
