Starbucks

Every time I come to this location I have to wait over 20 minutes, even for mobile orders- the employees show no concern for their time wait, I’m not sure if it’s because of short staffing or simply just being slow. Sometimes my coffee isn’t even made correctly then I face the loss of waiting another 20 minutes for someone to address the issue or taking the loss of a $7 coffee, which just profits the company. I surely hope this location can get it together soon

The worst starbucks ever. I live so close to this starbucks but I hate going to this location. They have the slowest, I mean THE SLOWEST service ever. It doesn’t matter what time or day of the week. They are just SLOW. A lot of times they are not even that busy, and they do have staff. Other starbucks have the sams amount of staff and customers but they don’t serve slow like this location. Everytime I come here I get so disappointed, like you wait half hour later, and still nothing for one cup of coffee. Same with drive thru, and even with pick up orders! They also have the rudest staff ever, they see you standing in a long line and they’re just doing their own useless thing and ignoring the fact that there is a long line, and it doesn’t matter what you say to them! Even if you’re being nice or pissed, they ignore you. The staff here does not know team work and not organized at all. And RUDE!!! Beware!!!!

Horrible experience, 20 min for a hot espresso drink, guy was not all there, completely living up the corporate Starbucks name. Don't go, support the small shops. Dietary restrictions: Didn't follow as requested

Here is another place that permits the use of laptops. The customers linger on the tables working on their laptops prohibiting others from sitting at a table to enjoy their coffee. The coffee is awesome, and we go there at least once, sometimes twice a week.

Waited over 1hr in drive thru. This will be my last time at this location. P.s. this is the only bad review I have ever given. Management get it together.

They are always sorry staffed, and the organization at this location is far worse than any of the other stores I've been to. They charge a lot for coffe, so one would think they would have good service.
