Starbucks

I have been living close to this location for a little over a year. It is almost walking distance from my home. It is extremely disappointing that I have to go out of my way to retrieve my coffee from another location because this location it never fails Orders are always incorrect food is still frozen or just downright disgusting Today will be my last time coming into this location. I ordered two coffees and a breakfast item. One coffee was made incorrectly entirely The cashier at the window was not very friendly about the mistake that the manager himself had made. It was easy, simple fix, and then I asked for something additional to correct the other beverage that was incorrect as well that’s where the problem came in and I was informed that I had already received 4 ounces of free iced coffee and I would not receive anything else So I very politely told the store manager it was your mistake that My drink was incorrect on the size that was given to me And if they’d like to refund my entire order incorrect, I will pay for the 4 ounces of iced coffee since I had already intended it because I had ordered the bigger size originally without fail this location has disappointed me time and time again, I am a hard-working, mother of four children my gogo juice, coffee is extremely important to my regular routine to keep me on my toes and going through my work shift and after school pick up for my children, it is something that I genuinely look forward to every single day as a self-care item for myself it is very disappointing when you go to location and your items are incorrect nasty made with no compassion just downright don’t care in my opinion it does definitely take a hindrance on your day when you spend $7.30 almost almost 8 dollars on a coffee twice a day and it is incorrect I had stopped coming to the location for the longest time and started making coffee at home and traveling to the other location of my liking. I have wasted a lot of money at this location and I would highly recommend driving out of your way to go to another location. I will miss my favorite barista, but I will no longer use this location . I hope for others funds they get some standards.

Too slow for just a drip coffee.... I find all starbucks too slow. Figure it out starbucks. This Starbucks is ridiculously slow, 20 to 30 minutes for drive thru. I'm done with this place!!! Too slow!!! The manager should be fired!

THERE WAS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.

My husband and I came here en route to him being dropped off at the airport. The workers weren’t very kind and I think it’s because we pulled up right as they opened. Also our coffees didn’t taste correct.

Went to the drive-through at 8:53pm Place closes at 9 ordered a coffee and a feta wrap got to the window and the gentleman said that “unfortunately”they couldn’t take cash because they had closed the drawer. I could have paid otherwise, I asked to use the bathroom where he said it was “unfortunately”closed also That is very unprofessional to close your drawer and restroom before you close. Do I unfortunately left. Owner should be aware!

I am just not a Starbucks fan. Highly over rated, extremely overpriced.
