I can’t believe this happened to me I ordered ice latte turn out there is a fly in side of my drink, I didn’t realize are fly until I chewed, so gross and horrible experience,they give the manager number to complain turn out no body answer the phone.

As I walked into the starburst I saw one of the girls that are making other people food eating while making people food. They is so nasty and unsanitary.

The Guyere egg bites and Medicine Ball with 2 pumps of real honey are a revelation! The staff even goes above and beyond to bring me an extra cup of ice to get my Medicine Ball JUST the right temp. Best Starbucks ever.

Lately, at this location, there is not much variety of pastries or more healthy snack options. The customer service is great, including the ambiance.

I've tried this specific Starbucks a couple times with different fraps and for some reason they don't taste the same as other Starbucks (either watery or sugarless). I always get venti and my wife the smallest one, and the one my wife gets it's always right. My guess is they use the small size recipe for venti and just add more water or milk. I mentioned it one time to the barista and he got kinda mad stating he did it right and not offering to make a new one. Sadly this is the last time I come here, hopefully their standards improve to the brand's requirement.

Staff was super kind and friendly, even brought a drink to an employee of the plaza working outside. Was extremely welcoming to those who dined in and was attentive to answer all questions despite the busy morning routine. By far the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for customs to spin and navigate throughout the restaurant.
