I put in a review two days ago.. appears gone! Laughing as that is so very interesting.. This store seems to have a lot of people behind the register but I can tell you the focus is not those in the store waiting to order drinks. Yeah When I kindly asked, i dealt w a be gruntled employee. Then, I enjoy making my coffee w sugar and creamer. None to be found- since when do I have to go back and wait another 5 minutes to get some sugar and cream from behind counter. I like to mix my own coffee!! But more importantly, why is it not accessible to me anymore when I’m paying four bucks for a small cup of coffee. Also, I don’t blame the employees working. They’re working hard and doing their best. I tried to call the manager and there was no one to answer the phone and no message to be left. I see from these reviews, you are to send feedback to some random email. Go somewhere else- I felt like a two year old.
The coffee was well blended and in right proportion unlike some of the other Starbucks outlets
Whenever I visit this location, I never had a problem in the past. But recently, I don't know what's going on, but the employees take forever to make a drink. I would order an iced coffee, and it would literally take about 20 to 30 minutes to make, which is unacceptable. Today, I go in super early, and there are only two people working. I don't even get acknowledged, and I'm waiting at the front of the register to get served. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. Please work on this location; it's a great spot and very accessible to the freeway.
So spacious, plenty parking. They also had an enclosed room with tables and chairs.
This location is great except for when the homeless guy or the people that think they are above the laws smoke on the patio.
It’s my goto place for coffee and work. Nice seating area
