Starbucks

Excellent as usual

I occasionally treat myself to a chai. I've stopped because the last several times I've been here, it never tastes good. It's like they've completely watered it down and it costs a ton for glorified water. The drive-thru always takes forever. When you order ahead for pickup, it's never ready at the designated time the app gives. This store is a hard no for me now a days.

Coffee was great. But it is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Not a lot of people but still for whatever reason very slow. I can't imagine them getting a lot of customers, they won't be able to handle it.

I had came in yesterday an had to wait around 5 mins to get a drink but one of the baristas boyfriend had came in and got there drink immediately after I have been waiting on mine

I'm not sure why this happens maybe new workers.. but my cha tea does not have cinnamon dolce at all and I pay for the extra

Great coffee

It would be nice if they were going to change their hours that they would post some kind of sign. There’s no consistency at this location and is one of the most poorly operated coffee shops in this town

I accidentally ordered to the wrong store and they just took care of it for me. They are the best! Just have some patience because the employees are working HARD. Love my Springfield Starbucks!
