Starbucks

I really don’t understand what could’ve provoked this but while I was trying to order through the drive through, the employee taking my order was very condescending to me. I made a mistake in what I wanted to order and she spoke down to me as if I was a small child. I apologized and when my tone dropped to a near deadpan, suddenly she changed her tone and spoke to me like a normal person. I could understand if she had a long day and was short and curt with me, but to talk down to me for no reason really upset me. The drink wasn’t even for me, it’s for my mom who has cancer who was just craving a Starbucks drink. After this interaction, I’m debating whether or not to come back again for awhile.

I don’t know how this place gets such a bad rating on here. I always order on the app, it’s always ready when I arrive and it’s always accurate. I guess some people order on the app during peak hours and expect their coffee instantly…

I ordered through app. I can say it was busy when picking up. I patiently waited, but my drink was totally wrong and tasteless. I paid for extras that I didn't even receive. No way to complain through app and I'm not driving all the way back.

The SLOWEST Starbucks of all time. The drive thru takes at very minimum 20 minutes to get through. It’s every time too. I’ve been probably 10 times since it’s near my house thinking it won’t be terrible and then it is terrible EVERY TIME. Sometimes it takes 10 mins for every car to get its order. Which is like 30-40 minutes. I’m not kidding.

The worst Starbucks has seen my whole life. They make you a coffee, it Test like water. I don't know what happened to the Starbucks now. Specially, this one is the terrible coffee. This people they're making it.

I waited for more than 40 minutes to grave my drink. Terrible service

Do not recommend unless you have an hour extra time to wait for your drink. They staff are sometimes friendly but for the most part if you ask for anything they give major attitude. Most of my drinks don’t taste correct especially when compared to other locations. I try to avoid coming here as much as I can. I waited 30 minutes for a cold brew last week.
