I truly appreciate the exceptional service I received from the staff, particularly from Jamie, if I recall her name correctly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It almost felt like being at a cozy small-town coffee shop.

Just ordered an iced white mocha. In the process of making it. It was knocked over. The batista continued making it like nothing happened. I saw it all.. while waiting. She nonchalantly puts it out and calls my name. I refused it and she asked why. Ahh I just watched you waste my drink. She remade it but, that isn't cool

Workers of this store especially the black lady working at this time really needs business ethics class. She does not know anything by the name of respect.
