The thing I hate about all starbucks is the chairs are so very uncomfortable.

Their constant desire to bait & switch my hot chocolate order is becoming annoying in such a way only a class action lawsuit could fix

Gotta love when you see your drink made. Sitting there. Just doing nothing. While they go and make 6 other drinks including frozen drinks. Just for them to turn around. Splash some milk in the cup and set it on the counter without saying the customers name or anything. To top it off I asked what the gentlemen’s name was and he rolled his eyes and replied martini. Not sure if it’s his name or not. I am absolutely a regular here and I’m sick of wasting my money here for the poor service of the few. It’s sad how just 3 of the staff members here can ultimately impact how someone who spend avg $100 at this location a week to reconsider spending anything.

I ordered 2 coffees at 12:04 and only one of them came out, the minutes pass and I see that my other coffee doesn’t come out, I ask for it and one of the baristas tells me that she can’t mix with other orders and that he doesn’t have my order. 40 minutes passed and I still didn’t have my second drink and the barista kept making orders and just didn’t make mine (which was the same as others she done), then she left. I had to tell another barista to give me an answer about my order and she apologized and did my order. 40 minutes for a frappe just because a barista didn’t even want to do it! Seriously?

It's starbucks..whats not to love about this place, staff is always super friendly & drinks always fresh
