Starbucks

They close at 9PM but when I got in line at 8:19PM they told me they were closing after serving the three people in front of me. Maybe you should put a sign or block the line if you’re closing early instead of serving the people in the line and telling me I can’t be served

Barista talking to friend instead of making the drinks then skipped one of our drinks and started on next order then got and attitude when I asked for my drink

I went to the counter, Maya one of the baristas was talking to her friend making her a drink, the other barista (not sure of name) was sweeping. Neither greeted us and Maya kept talking to her friend. Eventually the lady sweeping asked maya if she got our order. She said no and the lady sweeping walked to the back. Maya still talked to her friend. Eventually the other lady came out and took our order as well as the order of several behind us. Maya made my sons drink, ignored my drink all while talking to her friend. She then started making other guest drinks. I asked her to make my drink before other guest and she said “I make refreshers first I don’t need you to tell me how to do my job”continuing to talk to her friend. I said if you made my drink instead of talking to your friend this wouldn’t be happening and she said if you weren’t rude maybe it makes your drink. The other lady said Maya go in the back I’ll make the drinks. I’m very disappointed after spending close to $20 on 2 drinks to be treated this way. Maya needs another job not working with the public, her friends are more important.

On Sunday 6.11 I ordered a frap and a hot brewed tea. There was a new male employee who told us they were out of white chocolate and so I we got mocha instead. No biggie. However the 2nd female employee then came up and seemed to confuse the 1st employee. We got the frap and tea. When I open my tea I see there is steamed milk on it. I asked them if I could have it without milk. Just plain water and tea bag. The 2nd female employee proceeded to push the confused male employee to tell me that they couldn't do that because that's not what I ordered. He pulled out a recipe card to show me what is in a hot tea latte. I calmly told him I didn't ask for a latte. I asked for hot brewed tea - just hot water and a tea bag. The 2nd female employee then decided to talk over me as I was talking to him and said that's how it's made they can't do it again. She was wildly rude and wildly incorrect. I repeated to her that I am asking for hot water and a tea bag. She continued to argue and say they can't do that. I loudly told her again it's hot water in a cup and a tea bag. I order this every day for years at other Starbucks. I turned around and I suppose at some point they did it and didn't call it. When I went to pick up my cup I heard the female telling the male employee that you've just got to tell them their right even if their not. I let her know it was unnecessary to mock me as she is in fact incorrect. Hands down the WORST starbucks experience I've ever had.

When we first got there they were cleaning up a spill which was understandable so we decided to come back. We came back waited in line for awhile and was the last ones in line got to the register and was asking if they had cake pops. The guy was very rude and said hold on I’ll be with you in a minute. I said we were just wondering if you had cake pops and very rudely again the guy said I’ll be with you in a minute and walks off. He was gone for a awhile so we left.

This isn’t the first time I’ve waited in a very long line to get my kids a cake pop. Only to get to the counter and the barista say they’re out of stock. No sign to let customers know before waiting in line. Today specifically, the cart where they keep pastries near by is full of cake pops and I’m told they can’t serve them to me. With no explanation or apology. Frankly, I will not be visiting this Starbucks again.
