Disappointed at this beautiful facade of a building . Venti first of all seems as if it shrunk. But also customer service has taken a dive. We all have bad days, but this seemed like so much more! This store smelled like old milk and vomit…. No joke was bad. A smile or maybe a fake one could have lifted this place up… but it didn’t happen :(
Received half of what I ordered. Lines are so slow, always out of something. Update: literally same experience. Slow lines and out of something I had already ordered and paid for online. Didn’t get a refund. Sounds like theft. But at least the owner is sorry.
Went to the Starbucks last Thursday on which was during happy hour and was charged full lice for both of my Frappe. I was told if I didn’t have the app it’s ful price after coming several times before this has never happened. Shannon was so rude her customer service skills idk where they are but she should be retrained or put in the back to work. I then asked for a refund because I was not okay with paying full price during happy hour. When going back to the counter Shannon eyeballed the other employees rolling her eyes as if she didn’t want to come help give the money back. I did not appreciate this treatment and no one else should go through this.
My venti iced caramel macchiato Longshot with whipped cream and extra mocha sauce and caramel drizzle was delicious as always
Almost never mess up my drinks and the drinks are more consistent than some of the other Starbucks locations from day to day
