Starbucks

I took my two kids here (our first trip here ever) and there were only a few people inside at the time. My kids got their cake pops which they loved. Then about ten minutes later I got my drink and my daughter got hers. Then 40 minutes later my son is still waiting on his drink. Since we were waiting for a while we had a chance to really look around the store. The store was overall very clean but We noticed flys in the baked goods case. We also noticed that the store filled with more people and the drive through became busy as people were coming and going. My son still had not received his drink. At 3:15 I decided to go up to one of the staff members and inquire about my son’s drink. I told them that we still had not received his drink and that we have been here For 45 minutes. The staff member said that they were only five minutes behind, but I was confused by that since my son was still sitting there with nothing to drink. I sat down and then about five minutes later the staff brought out his drink along with A couple gift cards. She explained to me that someone must have grabbed it by accident. I don’t know if that really happened or if she was just trying to cover for her coworkers because they got so busy and forgot. But either way I felt like she made it right, even though we wasted a Chunk of our day. I will know for next time to look out for our drinks on the counter.

It was ok but it seems a little phoney.
