Service with a smile and some conversation - nice, for a Starbucks that's not my usual Sbux.
Asked for a frozen pineapple passionfruit lemonade and got half juice half foam. Went back to have them re do it , even showed the guy what it’s supposed to look like . Messed it up again. Asked for a refund and guy was surprised since he said that’s how it’s done . Clearly they don’t know how to make drinks at this Starbucks so I gave up . It’s supposed to be a frozen drink / slushy not half foam half juice . Unbelievable . I wasn’t the only person whose orders they were messing up .
Fine in a pinch. Messy inside and slow. Customers were cleaning their own tables.
