Fast drive thru

Drive thru only open due to a shortage of staff. Coffee was excellent, window employee was friendly but the wait was extremely long.

Don't want to go into all the details, but my mother and I were discriminated against today at this Starbucks. I have been here quite a few times when I'm headed to Huntsville, but have never dealt with this type of behavior before. If you are people of color, please be aware of this before you decide to visit. Also, more than likely, the lobby won't be open so make sure it is before you place a mobile order to pick up inside. You'll have to sit in the long drive thru line if the lobby is closed. I have already spoke to management and reached out to corporate.

Not worth the broken heart of empty wallet

Strive to find better staff please! As always the food and drinks are perfect! For what ever reason the entire staff seemed overwhelmed or inexperienced.

Out of pretty much everything, both times we were there. Friendly staff, though. I wrote this part of my review over a year ago. I wrote this part of my review on 3-23-2024. The young lady working as a cashier was nice and seemed to feel embarrassed at the fact that they were out of literally every single thing that we tried to order. Out of large cups, lemon loaf, cream cheese, Everything Bagels, anything vanilla... and there were 3 or 4 other things that they were out of, too. This was around 6pm on a Saturday. I've been to this Starbucks 3 times. Pretty much all they had to offer was the food on display.
