I am a regular customer of this location, I get groceries and then I get my starbucks. Recently there has been a few new staff members at starbucks, and I understand they are trying and learning, but what I dont understand is why, they are left alone to handle the place if they havent received enough training?? They cant find items on the register, and they are making the drinks wrong ?!?! TRAINING is needed in this place, or at least have an experienced person on shift as well.

I’ve made multiple orders with different employees and each time regardless of what I get my drinks are so disgusting. I’ve gone to other Starbucks in the city and they are delicious. I don’t know what it is about this location but after my order today I will just go to Tim Hortons. Super disappointed in this location. I honestly can’t even describe how disgusting my drink was today. Maybe the ingredients were spoiled? I don’t know, it was awful.
