To whom it belongs. Yesterday I had the worst experience in this store. While doing some shopping we decided to go in with my parents to have a coffee, my mother was in a wheelchair. It being 4:50pm and waiting for our coffees, an employee who says his name is Felipe said that we had to leave since they had to close. I find this employee's service UNACCEPTABLE since Starbucks has always stood out for service. The other employee was perfect. We are people who deserve respect. I ask those in charge of this establishment to do something about it.
Kristen hates her job and it shows. Terrible service. Waited for 15 min and got the wrong drink. She said I would have to wait even longer. Lovely. I won’t get a drink there ever again.

Please do not advertise what you are not providing at this location. They do not accept rewards at this location. So I had to pay for my drink, when I have earned enough rewards for a free one. I told the barista I had rewards, and she told me “Sorry we don’t accept rewards here.” Lol, then I saw this sign.
Pretty bad Starbucks. Took 20 minutes to make two Americanos. I mean, you could GROW the beans faster. Tables, chairs and floor dirty. Barista with the red hair has a pretty awful attitude. If CEO Howard Schulz wants to see what’s gone wrong with Starbucks, he should start right here. Shame because it’s a great location with lots of customers.
