This morning at 7:30 am I was number 6 I’m line, they claim they only had 4 Stanley pink cups for sale. All other Starbucks locations had 38 available for purchase. That was problem number 1. #2 I sucked it up, not to make a big stink about it, ordered a sugar cookie latte, after paying they inform me they are out of sugar cookie mix, & they don’t do refunds, quickly manger of target got me my $7 coffee refunded. I was bummed out over the whole experience & situation. I feel like they held back 34 cups for themselves to purchase, or for later this week throughout the week. I feel like they should be investigated about the situation with the cups. Because all other surrounding starbuck targets released 38 but this one only 4. I would like a response to this from Starbucks themselves like the higher ups, I feel cheated. 1 star , because I try to find something positive in everything. At least I got my $7 back.
Their coffee degrades so much. It’s getting more expensive but the quality is going down. I still tried and redeem like 50% coupon they sent in the apps once a while but still, spendings $4 after discount with that quality, it’s unworthy.

Here is the most bad service , no matter who in line first, is they are how feel to service for you , almost I want my money back, is suck for all services, need a new service in this place Starbucks !
The staff, here, is awesome.
Love the friendly engagement of this Starbucks! The Manager , Steven , is always on top of it and keeps the baristas running. Never a long wait and everyone is always cheerful. I enjoy coming here just for their friendly appearance and how they always engage with you everytime. My fav barista, sorry y'all, is Christina! She's always interacting with everyone!
