Friendly barista, unfortunately, didn't get the drink right. Ordered a quadruple, tall ice caramel macchiato with almond milk, extra ice, extra caramel, upside-down in a grande cup... 4 shots of espresso, and I couldn't tast3 the coffee... instead, all I tasted was the almond milk. I ordered from my app, and the printed label was correct. When I told the barista, I got the "deer in headlight" look. I was in a hurry and therefore gave up and tossed my drink on the way out
Spence is a terrible employee with poor hygiene, his fingernails are long and dirty; and not who I want serving my breakfast sandwich. He does the absolute minimum, I get the incorrect orders when he works the drive thru and extremely poor service at the counter inside the restaurant. He is a day ruiner at the beginning of the day and he is the only person that gives me terrible service at this location. The other staff at this establishment are rockstars. Natalie, Stacey and Taylor to name a few.
Great staff, great coffee!
These kids need to pull it together. I'm getting really sick of begging for a good coffee everyday. The first shift is great but the second shift needs retrained. I go to this location because it's convenient. I'm going to start looking for somewhere else to go.
This Starbucks just happen to be one of the nicest and had the most laid back employees and the inside of the store was always inviting to go sit and have your favorite food or beverage.
