So Im a former Starbucks employee so I know how we “used” to treat customers.Today we went through the Drive Thru after waiting in line, and ordering a mocha, I got a sugar free vanilla latte ( not what I ordered) We went back through the line again only to get a mocha in a cup with what appeared to be lipstick on it. My husband brought it inside ( I might add we both have cancer and why we use the drive-up) Anyway, he told the Store Mgr what happened, only to be laughed at, but we did get a new mocha! No apologies and no refund! Called Customer Service and got a refund and a promise that the DM would handle the situation. Can you imagine serving a drink in a dirty cup to anyone let alone a seriously compromised person! We will NEVER go back to that Starbucks even though it’s the most convenient!
I've been having to utilize the Starbucks for over a year and it is by far one of the slowest Starbucks I've ever came to my order is incorrect I would say about 90% of the time the only reason that I come to this one on my days off is because it's the closest one to Farmers Lane and the staff have no regard to time at all I have been waiting fory coffee over 10 mins and I ordered ahead definitely don't recommend unless it's absolutely only store and even with order ahead be prepared to wait for about 20 minutes.
I loved going to Starbucks till they rushed and didn’t put the right milk in my drink and it made my stomach upset and I’m very unhappy with Starbucks because I specifically said coconut milk and they put real milk. I’m not going to this Starbucks ever again.
Always lovely staff, very cozy and accommodating!
The drinks are good but this is literally the worst Starbucks in town. Everytime I come here it take 10-15 mins to get my drinks, I stand and wait while the staff finishes whatever they are doing before helping me and they’re rude.
Since moving locations it's been so much easier going here and the service is fast and restaurant clean.
20 minutes just for a coffee
This location has terrible district manager, terrible customer service. Will never go back. Tried to reach corporate about argumentative window clerks for a year, no call or email back, cold coffee, wrong order every day, no response tried to speak with management nothing but rude.
