Starbucks

Insanely slow, no urgency from the workers, and very inefficient. Make sandwiches and then leave them on a counter for 5 min instead of just giving them to the customers. Every time I’ve had to come here it’s been at LEAST 15 minutes to get my order. Each time I come I think it will be fine but it’s always a nightmare. Montana and 7th location is 100x better

Very Overwhelmed and unhinged workers rude. I watched them make my drink. It’s a chai latte. Then they let it sit on the side as they make more orders. I confirm the name and the drink and she asks me what’s the last name after I take a second because I was drawn back by her question. She starts helping someone else very rude employees. I am very upset with my experience.

Slow and rude

I don't stop in Santa Monica often between the borderline next to West L.A. and the Santa Monica Pier because of all the lawlessness within the last 3-4 years I've seen in the media and I didn't want to believe it until I saw it with my own eyes. The outside of this Starbucks is a hang out for "homeless" and drug addicts. They even come in and out of the restroom as they please. I believe this must be a Santa Monica law that allows the use of restrooms to everyone. This is not a thing in the City Of Los Angeles or Burbank. The lobby at this location was also somewhat dim and not one of those locations I would spend too much time inside. If you're in the area I recommend ordering ahead on the app, pick up your food or drink and leave immediately. Despite my bicycle being u-locked just outside, I still had to keep my eye on it to see if anyone messed with it.

it honestly pains me to write this review but this starbucks is the worst i’ve ever been to in the world. honestly. i live 2 blocks from here, so on occasion i’ll obviously want to go to my closest starbucks. they egregiously mess up so many orders, like not even close to right on very simple things. mobile orders are atrocious. i usually end up waiting 15-30 minutes!! after my order pickup time. i usually drive to the marine & lincoln starbucks even though its driving distance versus two blocks away because this one is so bad. i keep thinking it’ll get better, but it just does not. definitely don’t go here if you’re in a time crunch. i have empathy for the fact that this is probably a busy starbucks with a ton of traffic, but starbucks is a badge for reliability, and this location does not uphold that.
