Ordered Mocha Grande hot with whip cream. Took for ever to get it. Slowest employees I have ever experienced. When I got my coffee, no whip cream. I asked her to put it on. The answer I got was “one minute”. She was not doing anything else. What was the one minute for. Finally when she did put it on, she shoved my coffee cup towards me and spilled my coffee. What an attitude for not doing her job. Absolutely pathetic people. If they don’t like their job, they should not be there.
