Great coffee and my son loves the refresher drinks Kid-friendliness: Always nice but always packed

I came in for a few gift cards and the employees were very helpful and kind.

The coffee and food offerings are good as in any Starbucks coffee shop. The atmosphere is nice because of the location however this particular place doesn't have sit down tables and the limited counter space is not very appealing. Grab your cup of coffee for take out and enjoy a stroll through the Promenade.

Wentin this morning at about 7:20 am and was totally ignored, so I left and went to the coffee bean

Too bad that they remove the tables, also leaves homeless enter to the place. The customer is forced to take out.

Ordered mocha with oat milk , it was made with cow milk. I almost threw up. Worst tasting coffee I had in my life. I gave it a second chance today this time was made with almond milk but there was espresso shot ! Just warm almond milk ! Are baristas there on drugs ? And this was made after 25 min wait in store

. The employees behaved disrespectfully, claiming they could set their own rules at work. They didn’t make an effort to help in a decent manner; instead, they started laughing and speaking in their own language among themselves. I hope there are consequences for this disrespectful behavior. Their name is Marianna and Kat.
