Went thru the drive thru on December 19 at 12:13 pm and a rude drive thru worker gave me attitude for her incompetence. She forgot to put caramel in my caramel mocha frappe then argues with me saying that I never ordered that. Once she corrected the order I thanked her and she closed the window in my face without saying anything. If you get an order wrong, simply fix it instead of blaming the customer. The worker in question was a pale looking girl, couldn’t catch her name.
