This Chapman Ave. x Tustin St. location has to be the grumpiest crew. Said to the person to have a wonderful day as I was accepting my order and the look back from the team member was a mix of disdain and aversion.

I like I like going there cuz I grew up in the city of Santa Ana California and 4th Street is clean they have a lot of shops in their clothes food Plus pawn shops in the coffee shop is very clean and this like old school that's why I love going there with my family my kids as a family Starbucks shop and it's not a lot of parking space you have to pay for the parking but it's free on Sundays only

Slow and inefficient. A line formed waiting to order with one slow person on the register while 2 baristas twiddle their thumbs with nothing to do. More importantly: The nitro machine isn't working. Get your ***** together !!
