Starbucks

We love Starbucks but this location is poorly run. Every time it is terribly inefficient and often out of product even though the app indicates it is available.

Server was nice but service was ridiculously slow!! I don't understand how you have to wait 20+ min during non-peak hours! Won't make the mistake of coming here again.

Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order for a misto. At least 11 other people waiting inside for their order. They highly prioritize drive thru- and basically ignore every one in lobby. Attitude was horrible. I was a shift manager for Starbucks for 5 years and I get being busy. But the blatant ignoring and disrespect will have me never returning to this location. Horrible staff.

I ordered online and get here to pick it up and it wasn’t ready and the female manager with her face and hair covered kept on talking to the other manager as I’m getting frustrated she asks if this was my drink and I said yes but then she proceeded to keep talking to the other supervisor and then gave me a Crappy drink. NOT coming back here.

I could go to any Starbucks and get the same food/drink but I continue to frequent this one because of the people. Everyone that works the drive-thru is super nice!

They are very HELPFUL AND NICE! I don’t really like too many Starbucks locations but I like this one.

Wth $11 matcha latte charged???
