The worst coffee ever that I tasted .. terrible horrible

The coldest and by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had. And I was charged in two steps, which I thought the fist one was voided but it wasn’t. so I tipped 400% for that terrible tasting coffee & service

Hello everyone, I want to star by saying I’m a regular customer that works in the mall and usually I order by the app. Today I order what I usually do , I notice it taste diferente and it had more milk than usuall and no taste like coffee so I let them know about it they respond with an attitude but said they with make it again. The barista with the name of Christ gave me my new coffee and pointing to the old one he said “ this one through it away please “ with and attitude like ordering me to do it .I walk away and I notice he turns around and said something to his coworker like a joke. I taste the new coffee while walking and it was literally sugarrrr superrrr sweet like the complete opposite all I said it was that it did not taste like coffee enough like usually is and because of that I got a second one only sugar. I when back again and a really sweet girl who sometimes is there she said don’t worry I’ll make it again I know what you usually order she was really nice and finally I got a good coffee . So yes this guy Christ should not take it personal and treat customer like that.

I went for a Venti Mango Dragon Fruit with lemonaid drink, and I pretty much received ICE; the venti cup is filled with ice and very little lemonaid to drink. This is very disappointing. I love this drink, I paid for the beverage not for a cup full of ice.

There were two girls today 2/12/2024 and they were sooo rude they didn’t have anyone in the store and they were talking to me so rude literally she had me waiting for nothing
