Starbucks

There's no seating area and no mirror in the bathroom. Do I really only want coffee? The staff were super friendly and professional though. The coffee did the job.

This is a wonderful and well-loved Starbucks. It's on the corner of a block with two schools - San Mateo Adult and Career Education and San Mateo High School - plus the SMUHSD District Office plus Woodlake Condominiums - plus one block from an Elementary School. It's in the same shopping center as Safeway and CVS. If you hit it at a busy time - before and after school - yes, it will be busier and you may have to wait longer! It's a small but mighty Starbucks with a fantastic manager. Aimee really knows her way around customer service! Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for mobility aids plus 2 accessible parking spots out front.

This place is very dirty. Where is the bread. It's full of flies. So no thank you please Starbucks no dont let this happen to all stores

> 50 mins wait time for a single latte This isn’t the first time this has happened so I’m giving this place a single star. It looks like there’s an issue with their ticketing system where tickets are printed even though the orders may have been canceled. There were orders on the pickup table that were placed as early as 7:50am when I arrived at 10 am for order. The staff is also throwing away all of the food and drink items that weren’t picked up into the blue trash bags. She was filling up the second bag by the time I got my drink. It’s such a huge waste of food that could’ve been donated to charity or given away. I really hope that Starbucks can figure out a process to reduce food waste - maybe through using apps like TooGoodToGo Hoping this review will get management to fix the ticketing system issue. It is causing undue stress on the baristas as well as customers.

So incredibly slow. If you order ahead on the app to this location, disregard the estimated pick up time altogether - half hour MINIMUM. They need to figure things out.
