Didn’t get my drink on time, ordered one cup of coffee and I waited for 20 minutes. it wasn’t really busy, probably because there was only one employee making coffee.

So I went in with my family and order drinks as a Christmas holiday treat. The hot chocolate was cold and the cookies were soft and wet as if liquid had spilled over them. I brought them back and young guy with curly hair had no sympathy for me and blamed me for my inconvenience. I didn’t receive any refund and no apologies. Does Starbucks not care about its customers anymore.
