This particular Starbucks very rarely gets the drinks right because most of the time they miss the correct ingredients. For instance, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order the London Fog Tea here, they forget to put an ingredient, sometimes it's the vanilla syrup and other times the correct number of tea bags, and sometimes both; I'm not sure if they don't know how to make the drinks or they just don't.care about the quality of their drinks. The last time I was there, I asked them to please make my drink again becauae it was missing the vanilla syrup AND a tea bag, it tasted like diluted hot milk; I honestly didn't mind paying for the drink again even though it was not my fault. Unfortunately they're not very friendly and don't apologize for their mistakes. I very rarely experience these type of issues at any other Starbucks locations in the Bay Area. So, I think it's time to go or order somewhere else.

Drinks are not made correctly here. No flavor.

One girl with black hair short, very RUDE... LIKE girl don't work here if you can't do drinks right and get mad when you're called on it! Also cannot work well in fast paced establishments!
