Horrendous service, the PM staff seems to be upset for some reason and look down on you. Don't go if you're in a rush either since they don't care and just mooove soo slllooooowwww

For how busy they are - line is always TOO long - the staff is just so nice I’d have no patience working there but they make it seem easy. Food is regular Starbucks food.

Absolutely the worst. Starbucks should shut this franchise down. It took them 20 minutes to give me a lemon cake. Which they didn’t - they gave me a coffee cake. No refund. Gave the coffee cake back. The cashier Lesly shouldn’t be in the service industry. They weren’t busy - the ladies were too busy gossiping and the drinks they did make - were not to recipe being an ex Starbucks barista.
