This starbucks has the worst service from all other locations we have been to. We placed a mobile order of two drinks, and asked to get puppuccino for our dogs when we retrieved the order. It took only 10 seconds to fill two cups of puppuccino, but the barista asked us to get back to the order line to get them, and she insisted it. Fine, no biggie, we went to wait in the line for it. 10 minutes later, it was our turn, but the cashier told us they were already out of cream, so no puppuccino for us!!! We were like why they still told us to wait in line when there’s no cream already? They said nothing, they didn’t want to respond to us, not even an apology for wasting our time. Alright, huge disappointment for this kind of service. We will l not visit this location anymore.

Worst ever. Out of sprinkles??? and out of breakfast items?? I order for nearby break so I'm timed. I do order ahead still wasn't ready, it is very low staff at this Starbucks , understandable. Had to get refund due to no items in store. Also got Starbucks drink but wasn't very good due to maybe no ingredients in store . Smh Went in again today there's no options on app to do cold foam, also they were out of cream cheese but doesn't let u apply that on app either , when I asked them said they were out . They should let you know while purchasing bagels.
