NOT a good experience here. Strongly suggest going to Zanker store instead. My wife and I made a mobile order this noon. When we arrived at store after 20 minutes, our order was not ready. We thought that's fine because lots of people here during lunch time. 10 mins later, we don't feel right so we asked the barista for our order. Two of them checked our receipt and told us to wait. We waited and waited and waited and waited till most of the customers in the store were gone (including those just made orders on the counter after we got here). And, (perhaps) someone realized that I was still standing there for a long while. Finally, they started to make our order. I asked them what's wrong with the order. They just answered they didn't get the order tag from their machine and it's busy during lunch time. I don't know why they choose to skip our order and let us wait until they finished most of the orders, including those who ordered after us. And even worse, we didn't get any sorry for that. To us, it's just like saying "go to blame the machine, not our fault"...
