Starbucks

I placed a mobile order at 7:33pm, arrived at 7:40 to find the front door locked and a line for the drive thru. I called and found out they lock the doors at 7pm and I needed to go thru drive thru…. Well, it’s 8:06pm and still have two cars ahead of me and my order has been waiting for me to pick up! They should not let you do mobile order if you cannot pick it up in a timely fashion. Now I am late for a 8pm delivery to my house and no way to pull out of this drive thru. Worst Starbucks ever!

I went and got Two drinks and the girl didnt want to give me my receipt and I ask For a straw and she didnt want to give me a straw and all the time with attitud.

Didbt go here, most likely I was at the bus stop behind it. But Starbucks is starbucks

I live 3 min away from this location and will now be driving 10 min to the Lemon Grove Starbucks. The place was unkempt and employees not friendly like other locations.

Alicia was an excellent hostess, providing an efficient solution to handling customer satisfaction when experiencing temporary technical difficulties. The input software was intermittent, so Alicia began working on the order while the software was down -- asking for details and offering appropriate suggestions. By the time the software recovered, the order was complete and perfect. Thank you, Alicia!
