Staff could use a little more training. Ordered a tall coffee found out that you have to ask for cream and sugar now. I thought the server should have offered it to me not just given it to me black.

The staff here goes above and beyond. They are always slammed with orders, especially in the mornings, and they handle it so well. They are efficient and friendly. Even when they have a huge influx of mobile orders, they have a good system down and are very communicative/patient. I appreciate their professionalism and my orders are always accurate. If they aren't, they always fix them with no hassle. Love coming here!

This location honestly has no idea what they're doing. They have a 80% chance they're going to give you a sticky cup that's filthy. There's a 50% chance they're going to forget your drink. Or is it 20% chance they're going to get your drink completely wrong. Don't get me wrong, the staff is all very courteous, but they just don't have the training or the resources they need to do their job correctly. This is more of a resource issue and a training issue than it is a staff issue --------------------------------- Update 1 year later (2024) - Still the same. A shaken espresso drink will not be shaken. A syrup flavor will be wrong. There is always, always some (usually minor) issue with the drink. Still very friendly, but technically challenged when it comes to the drinks. Parking: TONS of parking. You will NEVER not find parking. Kid-friendliness: No indoor seating at all (due to thieving children from the high school), so not a great place to bring your kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Is not wheelchair accessible. Tall curb, small unpowered door.

Big open area inside. Nice place to wait out the bad weather and not feel crowded.

I've been here twice in the last month and they make the worst hot mocha. It tastes like water with espresso. I threw both drinks away. The first time I thought it was a mistake but then it happened again. I even waited till I got home and stirred everything thinking the chocolate was on the bottom but nope. Just really bad. I wont stop here anymore and will go out of my way for a different location. They also make the drinks boiling hot so if you try to taste it before you leave, you'll burn your mouth off. And no, Im not going to drive 15 min back to this location to have them remake it.
