Strange vibe

Service, food and drinks are always great. The parking lot you have to cross to get to the store/drive through is narrow and difficult to navigate for larger vehicles.

Waited for literally 35 minutes in the line, stuck with cars in front and behind me, they claimed their registers went down but did not allow cars to leave the line and park. I was late for work and not able to get gas after as planned because I was stuck in line for so long! I had to ask for my drink to be remade because it was 30 minutes after it was made when I finally got to the speaker. I had a mobile order of frap and cranberry bar. They didn't even have my order ready when I got to the window, they handed me my drink and I had to ask for my bar. THEN THE DRINK WAS WRONG THAT THEY REMADE ME AND I DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL I WAS DRIVING AWAY!! I had to then call and demand a refund!! Worst morning I've had in so long.

My drink today was cold.
