Starbucks increased prices in their computers, but not on their boards, thus charging customers more than what was posted. Workers apologized, but wouldn't honor the displayed price (illegal in California!). Hope corporate implements a better solution and training here. Do what's right
This establishment just earned a new lifetime customer and all the glory goes to the exemplary barista, Abby. As I walked in for a nice cup o joe the taco bell munchie meal from the previous night began to strike. As I nervously clenched my way thru to the bathroom Abby must have noticed my quiet desperation. Out of her own good will she stood by the door the entire time assuring me that my suffering couldn’t be heard by the patrons on the other side. Top marks to Abby!
Abby was absolutely amazing! Anything I asked for she was right there. I will 100% always be returning to this Starbucks and it is only because Abby works there. You've made a return customer thanks to just her alone.
When I went into Starbucks, I ordered a grande black coffee as per usual. I took a sip of it before I'd left the register, and it was so hot I accidentally spat it into the cashier Abby's face. She assured me that customers do it all the time and promised me the scalding liquid would leave no serious burn damage. Thank you Abby!
