Waited almost 30 mins in drive thru , just for them to say all their lunch items are not available . So didn’t even get what I wanted and it just sucked .
There's no power outlets, and the restroom is "not available". If you have a cafeteria, you need to have an available restroom.
It's like they don't want walk-ins. It took 30 mins to get my iced coffee. But, i did see at least 30 cars get their drinks from the drive-thru. I was there first! Should i drive my car to Starbucks??? In all fairness, employees are still very friendly.
This is the closest location to my home and I try to minimize how frequent I visit this location due to their chaotic environment, the rushed service, and the amount of times they get the order WRONG. Additionally, the lines are always backed up. Today, I paid for a customization only to learn the customization I paid for was not added to the order. I called the store and spoke to Sonia. I let her know this happens whenever I do visit the location and I was told it’s MY responsibility to make sure the drink is made correctly and check before I leave. This location normally handles transactions with little interaction and rushed service discouraging additional request. However, they will make time to ask for tips. Sonia, not only placed the accountability on me, she hung up in my face when I asked for a manager forcing me to drive back the location to obtain the information. Of course after asking for her manager in person her demeanor changed. It was a waste of time and resources to drive back just because she initially didn’t have the time to make the situation right. I strongly recommend people to not work in customer service if they are going to provide low quality service then hold their customers accountable for their mistakes. I won’t be going back.
Love their coffee BUT, a little expensive.. they SHOULD do a $2.00 sale
I come to this location all the time. All of the employees here are very friendly, hard-working, and professional. It gets super busy because it's near a freeway exit and a college, but they're still very fast making orders correctly.
