Horrible Starbucks. You order thru the app and these ppl don't update their stock like other locations. You order on app, txt confirms your order is ready, you show up and they are out. No previous notification or cancelation of order before you arrive. They let you drive all the way there, get off just to tell you sorry, we're out. Very inefficient store. Unlike other locations, if they are out they cancel your order or it won't allow you to order. Go somewhere else, horrible store.

Starbucks like all of us is part of my morning routine. Although I usually encounter great customer services, today was different. The cashier at the window was rude because my rewards card wouldn't scan. How in the scanning world is that my fault. Not only was she irritated taking 30 seconds out of her day to enter the card number , she proceeds to tell the next person who was next to order "she just pulled up so you have to wait." Not to mention my order was wrong. ‍♀️ Get it together sis, you can do better. Ps. The line was not outrageous.

Mandatory 30 minute wait in line …. Always ‍♀️
