Starbucks

Called to see if store was open on Easter day. Got my coffee ground and a cup to go. Fast and friendly service.

I ordered 3 large drinks and they gave me mediums even though I paid for large so I didn't get any money back and they just said the cashier did it medium

The male manager/ shift lead here is very rude. I forgot to scan for points and asked if we could redo the transaction. Only one person behind me. He had to be called to help and when he first came out, I apologized for trouble and said “I appreciate your help”. He ignored me. When we were done with the transaction, I said “thank you”, loud and clear. He responded, “yep”! My daughter who lives closest to this location previously told how rude they are here and now I see. It all starts with leadership!!!

This place I used to go is involved in investing in Genocide
